Yes, as you said, everything has two sides. Speaking to it's benefits, it will improve economy, relieve housing, population pressure and reduce potential uncertainty or conflicts. Thinking about another side, it may negatively influence the economy, productivity or the enthusiasm of others.(who are not Australian citizen) Overall, Australian gorvernment has its own consideration.
